Im finding it hard to write about our readings now. They aren't exactly storys to write about or question. They are short and simple. I think Virgina Woolf held a strong opinion about men and women how ever i found if hard to agree with all of her ideas. Like when she went to the museum to find TRUTH. What do you usually find is a museum? Old things. When she based her opinion that every reading had to to with men. She has to understand that those things are outdated facts. In the old days women were beneath men but we have evolved from those days and we will continue to grow. But to say that todays world's truths are based on past truths is completely false. I come from a family where the most of the women don't work however as the younger generations grow us girls are starting to set a different trend and thats how our world continues to become a unique time and place.

Poems

I love poetry and Ive been waiting to read some all semester. I love it because its like a puzzle or mystery. The poem is never what it appears to be saying on the surface it has and hidden message and or deeper meaning and love hunting for it... My favorite out of the poems was Wheatelys because her messages was so complex I knew exactly what she was saying but every time i tried to make myself explain it more would come from her words and it was one big cluttered mess in my head that I had to unravel. In class Smith told us to look at the word Sable and I interpreted at first glace she is just saying black race but go deeper and Sable is the color of mourning and heartache. African American people have been given nothing but heartache and Wheatley balances that
