Enjoying my spring break, wishing it wouldn't end, Ive been neglecting my blog :( ..I think our midterm when actually pretty well, the questions were at least "answerable" The readings for the past few weeks a really haven't enjoyed, they are kind of depressing and too deep in a way.
In the souls of black folk i do think the author made it a point to take about how segregated America is, and although that is true you have to realize when ur built on roots like America is its going to take time to completely change our ways. I think that in a few years America will be so mixed that there wont be anymore "categories" people will be black Asians and white something or other and we will have to find something else to distinguish ourselves by. We have always had some sort of separations between races but times now and a lot better and more tolerent than they were 50 years ago and will hopefully only continue to get even better!
